Looking for a great dip that is super easy to make? You have to try this red and green bell pepper green goddess dip recipe! It makes a great snack with your favorite chips or a good party dip for your next event. No matter when you make it, this easy and flavorful dip will become one of your favorite things to make for parties!
Ingredients
- 16 oz Green Goddess Salad Dressing (homemade or store bought)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 cup Red Onion diced
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded (1 bag)
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded (1 bag)
- Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Empty one bag of cheddar cheese and one bag of mozzarella cheese into a medium to large bowl.
- Dice red and green bell peppers and red onion and add to the bowl with the cheese.
- Add 16 oz of green goddess dressing to the rest of the ingredients and shake or stir until combined.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
The flavor of the dip develops more as it sits. For maximum flavor, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
This dip can be prepared a day ahead of time as well. Store in the fridge until serving.
*NOTE: This recipe can be gluten free if you make my homemade green goddess dressing with the same ingredients I used and use gluten free chips or veggie dippers.
