- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
- 2 Jalapenos (1 with seeds, 1 without)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice from 1/8 of a Lemon
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, add feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, and pepper.
- Slice two jalapenos. Remove the seeds from one and leave the seeds in the other. If you like milder heat remove all the seeds. Add to food processor.
- Pulse in the food processor until all items are combined.
- Dip with pita chips, crackers, fresh veggies, or serve on top of wraps, sandwiches, or bowls.
