A ridiculously easy homemade sriracha mayo recipe that is better than store bought, a fraction of the cost, and takes less than five minutes to make! This sriracha mayo recipe takes boring sandwiches, French fries, and rice bowls to the next level. Creamy, tangy, and perfectly spicy mayo that makes every bite absolutely addictive! Spicy sriracha mayo is one of my favorite ways to add a creamy drizzle of heat to any dish!


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/4 Lime juice from
  • 1/2 tsp Water (for thining if using as a drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, ramakin, or glass jar, mix sriracha chili sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice with a spoon or French whisk.
  2. If using this as a drizzling sauce, add 1/2 tsp of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
