Description
A play on a classic Thai dish, this easy pad Thai sauce recipe uses pantry staples and only takes a few minutes to prepare. The best part is no tamarind is required! From the first bite of pad Thai, you will be hooked!
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter (creamy )
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Garlic (minced )
- 2 tsp Lime Juice (or 2 lime wedges)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blender or bullet mixer in the order listed above.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Heat in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes before using.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

- Sriracha is a hot chili sauce. If you do not like spicy food, omit this ingredient.
- This is enough sauce for my Thai pizza recipe. For traditional Pad Thai I usually double this recipe for a saucier noodle dish.
