Description

Looking to spice up your cocktail game? Try this easy spicy jalapeno infused vodka with fresh ingredients to give your favorite drinks a little kick.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 16 oz unflavored vodka
  • 2 celery stalks (sliced small)
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (cubed)
  • 1 green pepper (cubed)
  • 2 jalapenos (leave the seeds in for more heat)

Instructions

  1. Chop all the ingredients
  2. Combine veggies and vodka in a large mason jar and refrigerate for 5-7 days.
  3. Before making a cocktail, strain the vodka to remove the vegetables.
  4. Add ice and your favorite cocktail mixers

Notes

The more jalapeno you add the spicier it will be. For more heat leave the seeds in. I usually do one with seeds and one without.
