It is an easy smoked salmon dip that will take your appetizer game to a whole new level. It is full of smoky flavor and fresh herbs and is ready in 10 minutes! The real challenge is stopping at just one bite!

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Smoked Salmon
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Fresh Chives
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp Dill
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- Lemon Juice from 1/4 of a Lemon
Instructions
- Using a fork, flake the smoked salmon into chunks.
- Add salmon to a medium mixing bowl and mix with the block of cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on medium speed.
- Add additional ingredients and mix again.
- Serve in a small bowl or follow my instructions above on making a cheese ball.
- Top with a handful of flaked salmon.
- Dip with crackers, veggies, tortilla chips, or pita chips.

- This dip will be thick and have the consistency more like a spread than a traditional dip.
- I did not salt this because smoked salmon tends to be on the salty side. If you choose not to use smoked salmon you will probably need to add salt.
