Ingredients

  • 2 inches of Spaghetti Noodles (about the size of a nickel)
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Lemon Wedges (juice from)
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water (about 2/3 full) and bring it to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the spaghetti noodles and salt generously. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles and return to the pot.
  4. Add 4 tablespoons of butter while the noodles and pot are still hot so the butter melts quickly. Once melted, stir to coat all the noodles evenly.
  5. Next, add the garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice to the pot and stir again.
  6. Mix in the parmesan cheese last.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs, garlic bread, or simply as is.
