Ingredients
- 2 inches of Spaghetti Noodles (about the size of a nickel)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Lemon Wedges (juice from)
- Fresh Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water (about 2/3 full) and bring it to a boil over high heat.
- Add the spaghetti noodles and salt generously. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the noodles are al dente.
- Drain the cooked noodles and return to the pot.
- Add 4 tablespoons of butter while the noodles and pot are still hot so the butter melts quickly. Once melted, stir to coat all the noodles evenly.
- Next, add the garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice to the pot and stir again.
- Mix in the parmesan cheese last.
- Serve with fresh herbs, garlic bread, or simply as is.
