Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 16 oz Frozen Tater Tots (1/2 a bag)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Chives optional

Instructions

  1. Set the temperature of your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Pre-heating is not required, but I think it helps for the fryer to heat up for a couple of minutes prior to adding my tots.
  2. Spray the inside of the air fryer with cooking oil spray to prevent the tots from sticking to the bottom.
  3. Add a single layer of frozen tater tots to the air fryer basket. I use my mega zone for this and can make about a half a bag at a time. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. When the tots are done, do not allow them to cool in the fryer. I find that this makes my tots less crispy. As soon as the time ends, open the fryer and turn it off. Cool for a few minutes with the drawer or lid off.
  5. In a large bowl mix up the seasoned salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and chives with the olive.
  6. Add the cooked tater tots to the bowl and toss in the seasoning mixture until coated.
  7. Transfer to a plate and serve.
  8. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
