Description
A non traditional twist on pizza combining store bought crescent dough with pad Thai flavors. This easy pizza recipe makes the perfect appetizer for your next gathering or an easy dinner recipe.

- 1 can crescent roll sheet dough
- 6–8 oz cooked shredded chicken (canned or fresh)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Pad Thai sauce (store bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 white onion (sliced)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 2 scallions (AKA green onions) (sliced)
- 1/8 cup peanuts (chopped)
- 1 lime (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- Cook and shred 1 chicken breast or open a can of cooked chicken.
- Chop all vegetables, peanuts, and cilantro.
- Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- Unroll dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 7 minutes and remove from oven.
- Coat partially cooked dough with olive oil and garlic.
- Spoon on pad Thai sauce coating entire sheet of dough leaving only about an inch on the edges.
- Sprinkle on veggies, chicken, and cheese onto pizza crust.
- Return pizza to oven and bake for additional 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with with scallions and chopped peanuts.
- Garnish with a lime.
Notes
- You can use canned chicken or cook a chicken breast and shred it.
- Store bought or homemade pad Thai sauce is fine
- Cooking times will vary by oven.
