These simple breakfast sandwiches can be made any time of the day in less than 30 minutes! They are the prefect Saturday morning treat or weekday sandwich full of flavor and protein. - 2 Eggs Scrambled
- 4 pieces Bacon cooked
- 2 Everything Bagels sliced in half
- 2 Slices of Velveeta Cheese
- Chipotle Aioli Spread (optional)
Instructions
- In a pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F, cook bacon on a foiled pan for 15-20 minutes or until desired crispiness.
- While bacon cooks, scramble your eggs on the stovetop.
- Slice each bagel in half and coat each side with chipotle aioli spread.
- Place half the eggs onto one side of each bagel and top with a slice of Velveeta.
- Once the bacon is cooked, break two slices in half and place them on top of the cheese on each bagel.
- Place the bagel sandwiches on a clean sheet pan and cook in the oven on 350 for 3-5 minutes or until the bagel is toasted and the cheese is melty.
